Egg Drop Soup with Tofu

salt-reduced chicken broth silken tofu, diced eggs Salt, to taste green onion, thinly sliced
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, heat chicken broth over high heat. Add tofu and bring to a boil.

Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk eggs. Slowly pour eggs in a thin stream into the broth, stirring gently. Add salt to taste.

Step 3
Garnish with green onion. Serve immediately.
