Boil 3 eggs. Put them in cold water when done. Then peel off the shell of each egg and cut into 4 pieces.
Mix garlic, ginger, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil together and pour over the eggs.
Sprinkle chopped green onions on top. Warm up oil in pan/pot and pour over the eggs.
Add chopped chili peppers in the sauce or sprinkle them on top of the eggs to make this recipe spicy if desired. If you do not have sweet soy sauce, you can use light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar instead.
