Mix pork, onion, oil and salt together.
Pour a spoon of eggs into frying pan and spread it into a circular shape.
As it sets, add a little bit of pork mixture in the centre.
Use chopsticks to fold half of the egg up to cover the pork, then use one chopstick to hold it, and use another pair of chopsticks to squeeze the sides to form the wonton shape. Fry until egg is lightly golden on both sides and pork is cooked through.
Eat with ketchup or sriracha ketchup as dipping sauce.
